Rates are quoted monthly, which is the convention for flex space of this size in this submarket — not annually.

What the estimate covers

Your own electricity is metered to your unit and billed to you directly. So is anything you add inside the bay.
How leasing runs
- Pick the bay
- Nine units are ready as built. If the size you want needs a demising wall, that is agreed before anything is signed.
- Paperwork by DocuSign
- The lease goes out electronically. Nothing needs printing, scanning or a trip to an office.
- Credit and financial review
- Standard for every tenant. A new business is fine — it is a review, not a hurdle.
- Deposit at signing
- A security deposit is due when the lease is signed. Ask for the current figure on the size you want.
Come walk a bay
Nine units are ready now and 34,000 SF is open in total. Leah handles the leasing herself — she can meet you at the property, usually same week.
